Jill's practical mindset helps to anticipate potential barriers and pitfalls and develop strategies to overcome them. Jill’s clients refer to her as a smart-thinking partner who quickly sees patterns and distills the essence of complex issues into manageable solutions.
Background
Jill Ellefson is an experienced consultant with more than 20 years of experience in health care and higher education. Jill has provided consulting services for academic medical centers, community organizations and Universities.
Jill is a certified professional coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She helps leaders work through challenges and become more effective. She is a sensitive, intuitive and empathic coach that helps leaders achieve their goals.
Jill has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She lives with her husband and two kids in Madison, Wisconsin.
Experience
Jill was the Director of Consulting at UW-Madison, where she led a team of talented consultants that provided services in organizational design, strategic planning and improving organizational culture and climate. Prior to her consulting career, Jill was the Director of the Transplant Center at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and the Executive Director of the University of Wisconsin Organ Procurement Organization. She has unique technical expertise in the organ donation and transplant system in the United States.
